A vision worth waiting for has arrived. The iconic Bartholomew Family Vineyards at Bradshaw and Elk Grove Blvd now houses Christopher Cellars. Chris and Candice Mora pour sophistication and grace into Elk Grove’s newest winery. The 10 acre grove is not only a working winery, it’s a social playground for quarterly wine club events and special events. Soon to be added on site are a tasting room and large event accommodations. McConnell Estates Winery
McConnell Estates Winery is the oldest winery in Elk Grove. The house was originally built in the mid 1800's, then renovated in 2003 to serve as our tasting room. Stop by this historic spot, where the 5th Generation Elk Grove farming family history runs deep. We specialize in old-world style reds, events, and our signature summer sangria! Stop by for our Friday Nights that go from April to October, or our concerts that go from June to October.

Sheldon Wine shop prides itself on providing high quality wines. In fact, 90% of the wines we carry are 90 points or higher, we believe quality is paramount to everything we do. The shop is family owned and operated and is located in a 14,000 square foot complex that also houses a McDonalds, Subway, AM/PM, and Big Kahuna Yogurt & Juicery known as Sheldon Centre complex. The Wine shop takes a different approach than most standard wine retailer’s, by allowing their customers the ability to taste and critique wines during their wine tasting events that take place every week, Tuesday through Saturday from 3:30pm to 8:30pm. Their high-end wines such as Rombauer Chardonnay, Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon, Caymus, Jordan, and other wines around the country are often sampled during these tastings. We look forward to having you be a part of our wine family!!
